What if I bought the wrong format for my TV and need an NTFS format?

Modified on Sat, Apr 4 at 10:25 PM

Most TVs are read the FAT32 format in their USB ports. However, Samsung has recently adopted NTFS for its advanced QLED and OLED TVs. Some TVs like the LG OLED TVs read both FAT32 and NTFS.

Your TV manual will usually specify the format of your TV.

BillionDollarArtGallery publishes an NTFS version with a different UPC code that ends in a 7:

If you have purchased the wrong format for your TV, Memsender will mail you an NTFS stick at no extra charge when you follow these directions:

Email your mailing address, a photo of your purchase invoice and a photo of the full side of your packaging to BDAGwarranty@memsender.com

The side of the box must contain both the UPC code and the Transparency Code on the right, which is a unique serial number that tracks every package.
