NTFS Formatting Required
This TV does not read industry-standard FAT32-formatted USB devices. (See manual page below.) If you have a computer, you can copy the files from the BillionDollarArtGallery to your computer, format the USB stick for NTFS, and re-copy the files to the NTFS-formatted BillionDollarArtGallery. If you are not comfortable with this procedure, contact BillionDollarArtGallery to receive a free NTFS-formatted BillionDollarArtGallery by mail. The manual for the Samsung UN50CU7000FXZA is attached. Page 158 notes that this TV does not support industry-standard FAT32 formats.
