This TV was manufacturer in 2011. Unfortunately, the page to download the manual does not exist, and displays a 404 error.
The Magnavox Consumer Product Chatbot is also broken. They suggest that a call to +1-833-978-3323 for TV help.
No mention of USB capability on the Philips / Magnavox site
In the presentation of features, the support site does not mention a USB port:

What if I have no USB port on my TV?
Given the age of this TV and the lack of manufacturer support for the USB port, we think that either the TV has no USB port, the USB port exists only for service, or the USB port does not handle memory beyond a few megabytes. However, you may already have a USB port attached to your TV through a DVD player or other device -- or you can attach an inexpensive media player to your TV.
