Sometimes, people insert the BDAG into the HDMI port. If the stick is "wobbly," you may have inserted it into a video port. See this one-minute video for insertion information.

If your BillionDollarArtGallery works on your computer, but not on your TV, the BillionDollarArtGallery is functional, so please do not return it. We will help you make the BillionDollarArtGallery work on your TV.
Does another TV read your BillionDollarArtGallery?

Can your TV read any other USB stick with JPG or MP4 files?
If your TV cannot read another USB stick, the USB port may be broken or may only be useful for technicians.
Does your USB port say "Service" or "Service Only"?
Some older and Sony TVs have USB ports that are only used by technicians. They are stamped "Service" in the black plastic nearby; the Service marking can be difficult to read.
