To find your Samsung model number and serial number from your TV, navigate to Settings, Next, select Support, and then select About TV or Contact Samsung.
The Samsung model number is also at the top of a plate on the back of the TV.

All Samsung TVs can operate the BillionDollarArtGallery. However, Samsung QLED and SUHD TVs require a different format. If you have one of these TVs, open a ticket with your TV's model number and request an NTFS-formatted BillionDollarArtGallery at no additional cost.
Every TV is slightly different.
If you cannot get your TV to display the paintings, please submit a ticket with the make and model of your TV, and as much information as you can tell us about the problem. We will download your TV's manual and send you a procedure for your TV usually within 24 hours.
