Please check the size of the video file, which is called 0000 Video BillionDollarArtGallery. The size if usually 2GB, but some sticks have been distributed with 5GB files, which may not play on older TVs. If you have an older TV that will not play the 5GB file, contact Memsender for a replacement BillionDollarArtGallery at no charge at bdag@memsender.com Note that most Samsung TVs will play the larger file.

- If there are multiple USB devices connected to the TV, the TV might not be able to recognize some or all the devices. USB devices that use high-power input should be connect to the USB [5V, 1A] port.
If a USB device connected to the TV is not recognized, the list of files on the device is corrupted or a file in the list is not played, please connect the USB device to a PC, format the device and check the connection.
