All Samsung TVs can operate the BillionDollarArtGallery. However, QLED and SUHD Samsung TVs require a different format. If you have one of these TVs, contact Memsender to obtain an NTFS formatted BillionDollarArtGallery at no additional cost. Please include a photo of your product and include the name of the store where you purchased the product.
