The Samsung NU7100 is a 4K LED TV that was manufactured in 2018. This TV requires the NTFS format of the BillionDollarArtGallery.

You must use the Samsung Remote Control. It should say "SAMSUNG" on it. No other remote control will work. The Samsung remote looks like the one in the image below from page 7 of the manual
