If your BillionDollarArtGallery worked before, but suddenly shows "no content," these actions can help:
- Update your TV's software.
TVs are like computers, and their software sometimes require an update. Most TVs can connect through your WiFi, and have a software update command. - Unplug, wait a minute and re-plug in your TV to re-boot.
TVs, like computers, occasionally require a re-start. Unplug your TV for a minute, then plug it back in. Turning off and on is not the same thing because TVs go into stand-by mode: unplug the TV. Don't believe us? See: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3ZRpakohC30 - Try running the slideshow instead of the video.
Go to the paintings folder open an image, and use the TV's slideshow feature to view the photos.
Other issues
- You may have pulled out your memory stick instead of ejecting it, which can sometimes erase the stick. If you have a computer, check your memory stick to see if content is still on it.
- Do you have a Samsung OLED, QLED, SUHD or another new TV that requires the NTFS format?
