Is there a USB-to-HDMI converter? My TV has no USB port.

There is no USB-to-HDMI converter because the USB port is an access point for a computer that plays digital content while the HDMI port is an input for streaming video content. The HDMI port is not intelligent: it only accepts video-in and displays the video. The USB and HDMI inputs look similar, but the functions are very different: converting from USB to HDMI would be like converting an electrical outlet to a garden hose.
