Below are instructions for using the BillionDollarArtGallery with Vizio E1 model TVs. Vizio TVs vary from model to model. Please send your TV model number for the best support response, or search our Knowledge Base for your TV's manual.
Place the BillionDollarArtGallery in the USB port.
Using the TV remote (NOT the cable remote), press the Input button until you find the USB port.
Usually, you can choose the file directory, and then choose a painting, and the TV will display a photo show that presents the paintings.
Every TV is slightly different. If you cannot get your Vizio to display the paintings, please search our Knowledge Base for help with your specific TV model, call us, or send us an email with the age of your TV, your address, and as much information as you tell us about the problem. We may send you a new USB stick with a special configuration for your TV.
If you have a Roku Ultra or other media player, the easiest solution is to play the BillionDollarArtGallery in the Roku Ultra or external media player.
