Below are instructions for using the BillionDollarArtGallery with Vizio P65Q9-701 TVs. Vizio TVs vary from model to model. Please send your TV model number for the best support response, or search our Knowledge Base for your TV's manual.
Using the Remote
The P65Q9-701 manual shows a remote control that looks like the one below. The "Navigation keys" are the circle around the OK button: you can press the circle at the top to go up, on the right to go right, etc. When you highlight the choice you want, press the OK button. To access the USB port, try the INPUT button in the upper left.
Playing USB Media
Page 30 is copied below. It notes:
- The USB must be formatted for FAT32. That IS the format used by BillionDollarArtGallery.
- You must connect the USB to the port on the SIDE of your TV. If you have connected to the back, you may be using the USB service port.
- Besides the Input button, the manual says you can also: "Select USB from the bottom streaming icons on the SmartCast Home™ page."
- Do not remove the stick while the TV is on because it may damage the stick. If you may have done that, try viewing the stick in a computer; if it is OK, then all is good; if not, let us know and we'll send you a new one.
Vizio Slideshow
The BillionDollarArtGallery images are JPGs formatted for 3840 x 2160, which are perfect for your TV. You should be able to select a painting file, and launch a slideshow that runs the entire slideshow.
Playing the BillionDollarArtGallery Video
This is the video screen. BillionDollarArtGallery uses the most popular video format -- MP4 -- and your TV appears to have been manufactured about 2019 or 2020, so it should run that video file well. Look for a video file at the top of the list that includes the paintings, music and captions in one convenient file.
