The LG 42LH30 TV was manufactured and released in 2009 as part of LG's entry-level LH30 series of LCD TVs. Production of this model ceased in early 2010, with the last units shipped in March 2010.
Your manual is attached for your convenience (see bottom of page.) Page 15 notes that the USB port is ONLY for service updates: that is, this is an older TV that does not accept media data from the USB port.
You can still play the BillionDollarArtGallery on your TV. You may already have a USB port in an attached device or you can buy a small media player on Amazon.
