The Sony KDL-32LL150 was manufactured in 2009. It works with USB memory devices formatted for FAT16 or FAT32. The manual contains instructions on how to show photos from a USB port, but does not mention video display. The TV was manufactured before video display became a popular feature.
You may already have an external USB port that is superior to your TV's USB port. Or you can purchase a USB reader with video capability. Learn more here: https://bdagallery.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/150000043422-what-if-i-don-t-have-a-usb-port-on-my-tv-
The operating manual is attached to the FAQ for convenient download. You can also download it here: https://www.sony.com/electronics/support/res/manuals/4133/41334651M.pdf
